Our company has taken time to provide you with the most frequently asked questions about our hosting services.  All questions come directly from current clients of Premiere Partnership, LLC hosting.

1. I saw that you don’t have a set up fee, but when we used our current hosting provider they charged us a $100.00 to set up our hosting, why is this?

We really don’t know why companies charge a set up fee. Honestly, hosting is not too difficult. It can be looked at as an injustice that they charged you so much, but at Premiere Partnership, LLC we have no set up fees. All our hosting set up is automated; there is no reason to charge our clients a fee for setting up their sites on our server.

2. Our site is an e-commerce site. We currently pay $75.99 per month because we have e-commerce. Do you charge extra for e-commerce hosting?

Yes, we do charge extra for e-commerce.   But our prices are very hard to beat.  We charge any where from 800.00-1500.00 per three year contract depending on the size and the complexity of your site.  This breaks down to 22.00-41.00 per month and we only support PHP, peril, and cgi sites.  Contact us to see if your site meets our requirements.  There is no reason why you should be paying 75.99 a month for hosting. And again, we have no set up fees. We also provide you with unlimited space, up to 5 emails, unlimited transfer, 24/7 email tech support, and most important of all, our commitment to you.

3. How long will my site be down during the transfer from my current hosting company to your company?

Your site will not be down during transfer at all. Once we receive your contract for hosting we immediately transfer your files and prepare our server for your site. Once the DNS change (routing) of your domain transfer is complete to our server, your web site is already on the web. NO DOWN TIME ON TRANSFERS!!

4. The original designer of our web site also does our hosting. How will they be able to make changes and updates to our site if Premiere Partnership, LLC is hosting the site for us?

First off, Premiere Partnership, LLC provides a web updating service if you need one, or if you would like to save additional money for your business. As for your designer being able to access your site, we provide a user name and password for you that will allow you or your designer access to your web site files on our server 24/7. Anyone you want can access your site to make any changes or updates as long as you provide them with the user name and password to your site.

5. What do I need to do in order to get my site hosted on your server? We don’t have the time or the knowledge to do this.

Not a problem. We do all the set up and transferring of information for you. All you need to do is fill out and sign the contract that we have given you and send it to us, or we can send a member of our staff by to collect it and answer any questions you may have. Also you must contact the registering company of your domain name so that you can give them the new DNS (routing) information that we will provide for you so that your domain is on our server. We have technicians that will do this for you with your permission if you are unsure or don’t have time. And remember all transferring and set up is free.
